• Delivery Execution of Digital Product: on completion, a secure private hyperlink will be sent to the customer where the explainer video is privately and securely held on a hosted platform.

• Explainer Video – Animation, customer is advised to watch the guidance video on this type of explainer video before making a buying decision.

• Explainer Video – Screencast, customer is advised to watch the guidance video on this type of explainer video before making a buying decision.

• Explainer Video – Whiteboard, customer is advised to watch the guidance video on this type of explainer video before making a buying decision.

• With Brief – Customer would have completed brief form and submitted with order.

• Without Brief – Customer needs to discuss to seek assistance and thus has to make a calendar appointment. This is an assisted service and incurs an extra charge and will delay the delivery lead-time date.
