Statement from the Publisher: Wordsmith & Paper Limited

Our publishing activity is niche and goes to another level and here is why:

We are a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and take our pledges or promises to the UK Ministry of Defence very seriously. Thus, we recognised Royal Navy veteran Andrew D McEvoy’s amazing talent for poetry to be humbling and thought provoking. In addition, the topic of mental health and wellbeing relating to the ongoing daily battle with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is real. Our author shines a spotlight on the condition and how his poetry has helped the healing process along the way.

We support the work of OP COURAGE that provides mental health support to our veterans.

A very special mention must goes to the social enterprise element provided by the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) and Britains Bravest Manufacturing Company. Who have been very helpful in our mutual collaboration to have this book printed and bound by veterans including the disabled.
